Revision to administrative bylaw 6.C.ii

I, Dylan Guerrero of Steel Valley by Night, propose a change to the following in bylaw 6.c.ii

During the discussion phase, all questions will be sent directly to the appropriate representative with the Executive Team, as a neutral party, copied on the email. No questions/comments/concerns will be posted to Council by individual Council Members not serving as representatives.

To:

During the discussion phase, all questions regarding the proposed disciplinary action  will be sent directly to an appropriate representative with the Executive Team, as a neutral party, copied on the email. No questions/comments/concerns regarding the contents of the DA will be posted to Council by individual Council Members not serving as representatives.

Reason:

I believe that as written, this particular aspect of the bylaws is poorly written and doesn’t allow for anyone to ask any procedural questions regarding the functionality of said DA process or otherwise.
