The Removal of the Previous Lasombra Non Binding Genre Guide and Abyss Mysticism packets to be replaced by the new OWBN Lasombra Clan Packet linked below:

In Addition I propose the following Addition to the One World by Night Character Regulation bylaws -

To: Custom Abyss Mysticism Paths and Rituals require Lasombra Coordinator Approval

 

The Character Bylaw changes above are being proposed without Grandfathering. In the case of Tenebrous Veil, approvals already given will not be affected.

 

This Proposal and Packet have the support of the Anarch Coordinator and Demon Coordinator.
