7. b. ii. 10 - Custom Combination Discipline, Technique, or other custom content using Obtenebration requires Lasombra Coordinator Approval.
Rationale:
This is being done to bring Obten in with other Clan-specific discipline combos.
This proposal allows for grandfathering.

People with Obten combis will simply choose a different discipline like Dominate and thus make it Storyteller Approval instead of Coordinator Approval. Either regulate all Combis or Don't. I have watched it time and time again with Custom Protean Combis. Players will just change it to Animalism instead, still do the same thing they wanted, and now its just Storyteller Approval. If you don't want a custom obten combi in your game, just say no. We believe this is needless restriction and has no practical effect beyond bylaw bloat. |
