Notes: Arcadia is the legendary home of the fae into which the sidhe retreated and from which they returned during the first and second resurgence. However, it's quite clear that not even they can easily return, if they can return at all. The gates do not easily open, so much so that the commoners of all faekind were unable to follow for centuries of trying as dreams died around them. If for some reason a PC should need to go there, this office feels it's reasonable for there to be coord oversight over that. Also probably PCs shouldn't go there or hang around outside. Notes: The site of High King David's main freehold, the Well of Fire (from which all freeholds in all of America draw their power) and the Parliament of Dreams is defined as 'somewhere in the Catskill mountains' canonically. In order to avoid claiming any territory owned by games already, this office seeks to more specifically define the location as Schohaire County. As to why this territory is requested, Tara-Nar represents the single most important place in all of Concordia (America) for the changeling genre. Half a dozen significant canonical NPCs hang around there, it's the seat of government and the central node of power for all freeholds (changeling equivalent of Caerns/Nodes) in America. It feels reasonable as any place to be coord territory.
