Custom Discipline Requirements (Combination): Burning Wrath
MET Mechanics:
When you strike someone with Burning Wrath you may transfer the Burning into their very Veins. When you successfully Strike with Burning Wrath, spend a Blood trait. The Victim is then subject to the Penalties of the Wounded Health Level for the remainder of the Round. If he is already subject to the Penalties of the Wounded health level he is Incapacitated unless he can pass a Self Control Difficulty 5 Test. This does not stack with itself or Valeren 3 Pain Touch/Burning Touch
