Custom Combination Discipline / Technique
Some chronicles allow for their players to develop customized powers for their characters. The following is a compilation of player created custom content in OWBN. At this time, custom content that is created and/or used by vampire PC's is required to be listed.

After being involved in combat with individuals exhibiting extreme uses of celerity and other methods of acting multiple times within a brief period of time two practitioners of Temporis found themselves constantly at a disadvantage in their efforts to keep up with the action. Through their joint efforts and combined talents they developed a discipline technique that allows them to keep track of those moving at a speed normally beyond their perception.
System:
The player spends one Willpower Trait to activate this power for the night. While this power is active the player can perceive, follow, or examine something that is moving too quickly for normal observation. This also grants them the ability to react to actions that are being taken at extreme speed as well, this includes actions being taken using the Celerity level Between the Ticks or other such powers. If the player has already activated Clotho's Gift they can use one of their actions to react as necessary.
