MET Mechanics:
System: Spend 1-3 blood coating the users tongue in poison, that adds the effects of Scorpions Touch to Tongue of the Asp. Depending on the number of blood traits spent, determines the amount of actions the poison lasts. I.E. if you spend only one blood, you only get the benefit for 1 action, if you spend 3 blood, the next 3 strikes or actions reduce their traits accordingly.
