MET Mechanics:
Through the use of Dominate and understanding of the protean forms, you can enforce a limited control of a targets shape shifting. By forcing your will upon another you can force them from one from to another.
To activate this power the user must see the targets eyes and spend one willpower trait, than engage your opponent in a mental challenge. If successful you may force them to assume their Flight Form, if they are in Fight Form, and vice versa. such). They are forced to remain in this form, for a number of rounds equal to the number of mental traits risked at the time of the challenge, to a maximum of three. This will not prevent other powers from forcing further changes upon them, should they be targeted in subsequent rounds. The retest for this power is Willpower.
