"The famous warping of personal time caused by Clotho's Gift is one of the most remarkable of the temporal powers available to Kairos. Lending to their innate strength, the Cainite can combine the powers of Temporis and Potence to create an 'inertial insertion.'"

 

Upon successfully winning the test to activate Clotho's Gift, the Cainite may spend a Willpower to activate this power. On each successful brawl attack the target gains the Negative Physical Trait Lethargic to a maximum of five such traits INCLUDING any the target already has. These traits will remain for the remainder of the night. This power lasts as many rounds as Clotho's Gift was activated for. If Clotho's Gift is reactivated after the initial use, the Cainite must spend another Willpower to reactivate Inertial Insertion. If the Cainite fails the test to activate Clotho's Gift, they may not activate Inertial Insertion."
