North East Event 2024

Boston, MA once again invites you to join us for our annual celebration of the North East Event. Our three-night event will begin on Friday, October 11, 2024 and will end on Sunday, October 13, 2024.

The theme for this wondrous occasion is Celestial Dreams.

Whether the shimmering moonlight inspires you, the stars twinkling from the heavens, or the mysteries of the galaxies, let your imagination soar as you adorn yourself in celestial elegance. The domain of Boston looks forward to celebrating the bright, shining future of our illustrious tower with you.

It has been decided that Boston will serve as host for a most momentous Conclave. At this Conclave the Justicars for the next 13-year term will be announced and forums will be held on topics concerning the betterment of our Sect. These forums will culminate in the opportunity for every Acknowledged member of the Camarilla to have their opinion heard and weighed, as our leaders make decisions of global significance. I encourage all who can to attend.

Friends and Allies of the Camarilla are welcome as long as they understand there will be certain conversations and spaces they will not be allowed to take part in.
 

PCs Permitted: Camarilla, Anarch, Independents, and Ghouls of those affiliations. If you have another genre of PC - such as Ashirra, Jati, Laibon, Kuei-Jin, etc please reach out to Staff to confirm if it will be permitted.

Pre-Paying is preferred - please send via PayPal to Marc Lake (Nicolai.Bardonia@gmail.com) - you must select the Friends & Family option - if you select 'For Goods & Services' your payment will be rejected. We are able to accept cash or PayPal at the door. If you are local, you may also prepay with cash at a Boston game.

Character sheets should be sent to northeastevent@googlegroups.com with your own Staff cc'd. We will confirm receipt for all sheets that are sent to us. If you do not receive one within 72 hours, please follow up. Deadline for character sheets is 9/15/2024.
Please note, any walk-ins or sheets not received by the deadline will not be permitted any custom content.

Confirmation of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 is mandatory for attendance (at least the original vaccine(s), boosters are not mandatory). The only exception will be for those who have documented medical exemptions due to allergies etc. Those who have a documented medical exemption will need to submit a negative Covid test taken no more than one day prior for a rapid test, no more than 3 days prior for a PCR test.

As per Boston's House Rules, if you have been exposed or have been around someone who lives with an individual who has Covid or has been exposed to Covid within the past five (5) days, you should not be showing up to the event. We have a significant number of players who either are themselves high risk or live with others who are. We understand that this is often outside of player control and are happy to provide full refunds for anyone who pre-paid that is unable to make the event because of this.
