Introduction and Background:
Hello, I am Julio Cesar Nicolodi. I am the HST of São Paulo by Night. I am an Industrial Pharmacist by training, originally from Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil, although I have lived in several different places throughout Brazil.
In these 27 years of By Night, between BBN and OWBN, I have made many friends, built countless connections, and gathered a wide range of experiences — including two marriages, two children, and many, many stories both told and lived, in game and beyond it. This community is truly mine, and I dedicate a significant part of my life to it, both as a hobby and as something deeply lived and meaningful to me.
As a professional, I have always worked with matters related to health regulations and improvement projects, the latter especially requiring strong efforts in mediation between teams and sectors. I am available should you wish to know more about me.

Olá, sou Julio Cesar Nicolodi, sou HST do São Paulo by Night, sou Farmacêutico Industrial de formação, natural de Joinville Santa Catarina Brasil, mas já morei em diversos locais desse brasil e nesses 27 anos de by Night entre BBN e OWBN, fiz muitos amigos, contatos e experiências, entre elas dois casamentos e dois filhos, e muitas, muitas histórias contadas e histórias vividas em jogo e fora dele, é a minha comunidade, sobre a qual dispenho muito da minha vida tanto como hobbie, como com a questão vivida. Como profissional sempre trabalhei com questões voltadas a legislações sanitárias e projetos de melhoria, esse último principalmente exigindo esforços para mediação entre equipes e setores. Estou a disposição se quiserem saber mais sobre minha pessoa.

Personal Statement:
As previously mentioned, I have been actively involved in the organization for a long time. I maintain interactions with most of the South American houses and have a good relationship with them.
I have had many excellent experiences within the organization — and some not as positive — and based on everything I have lived through, I intend to help players, volunteers, and the organization itself work through conflict mediation in the best way possible. My goal is to support this organization, which means so much to me both as a hobby and as a social circle, in becoming an increasingly safe and healthy environment for everyone.
Personal Statement (Portuguese):
Como já falado, vivencio a organização a bastante tempo, tenho interações com a maioria das houses sulericanas e bom relacionamento com elas, tive ótimas experiências na organização, outras nem tanto e baseado nas minhas experiências pretendo auxiliar jogadores, voluntários e a própria org, a trabalhar na mediação de conflitos da melhor forma possível, auxiliando essa organização que tanto me faz bem como hobbie e como círculo social para fazer dela um ambiente cada vez mais seguro e salutar.
Goals:
– Work alongside mediation efforts in accordance with the standards established by the organization in the Coordinator Bylaws.
– Translate the mediation form.
– Map the mediation process, identifying its strengths and weaknesses and seeking opportunities for improvement.
– Develop a guide for both mediated parties and mediators explaining how the process works and outlining the possible general outcomes, so that users of the mediation system clearly understand the potential directions and resolutions that may be achieved.
Goals (Portuguese):
-trabalhar junto a mediação dentro dos padrões determinados pela organização no coordenador by laws
-traduzir o formulário de mediação.
-mapear o processo de mediação, levantando pontos positivos e negativos e buscando pontos de melhoria no processo.
-desenvolver um guia para os mediados e mediadores de como fazer o processo e determinar os possíveis desfechos para o processo de forma geral, assim o usuário do sistema de mediação, qual o direcionamento que pode ser alcançado.
