2026 - Lasombra - Glenn Wilson
Introduction and Background:
Hey everybody!
My name is Glenn Wilson, I believe I am pretty well known having played in the org now for 11 years. Of course, the first couple years was purely in my own live games not venturing out beyond my home that is Georgia. I am a very active discord player so I am sure a lot of you have seen me around.
Some of you will most commonly know me for my Camarilla Tremere, Bryan Lancaster or Sabbat Watch Inquisitor, Arvid Vandal. Two of just my most notable pcs among my many many of them.
Additionally, I am known for being the HST of the Georgia live game, Griffin Immortal Night Theatre and the Discord game, Night Theatre Revolt in Alabama.

Meu nome é Glenn Wilson e acredito ser bastante conhecido, já que jogo na organização há 11 anos. Claro, nos primeiros anos participei exclusivamente dos meus jogos presenciais, sem me aventurar além da minha casa na Geórgia. Sou um jogador muito ativo no Discord, então tenho certeza de que muitos de vocês já me viram por lá.
Alguns de vocês provavelmente me conhecem pelo meu Tremere da Camarilla, Bryan Lancaster, ou pelo meu Inquisidor da Guarda Sabbat, Arvid Vandal. Esses são apenas dois dos meus personagens mais notáveis entre os muitos que tenho.
Além disso, sou conhecido por ser o Mestre de Jogo (HST) do jogo presencial da Geórgia, Griffin Immortal Night Theatre, e do jogo do Discord, Night Theatre Revolt, no Alabama.
Administrative Experience:
Administratively, I have not been a coord nor subcoord. The opportunity has never arisen for myself and I did not win the Anarch Coord Special Election back in February of 2021.
Otherwise, within the org I have been in the following Storytelling positions.

Night Theatre Revolt HST from Early 2020 to Current
Norwalk: Rails of Revolution from early 2019 to 2022
Bridgeport: Pyramid Schemes from early 2021 to mid 2022
Outside of the org, I have been at the same company as a Machinist, working since I was in Work Based Learning in high school back in 2015. Since then, I have climbed through the company and am a Supervisor over my entire Machinist side of the company. I have learned real world delegation, problem solving, project management, timeline deadlines and the works having been elevated to such a position.
Administrative Experience (Portuguese):
Administrativamente, nunca fui coordenador nem subcoordenador. A oportunidade nunca surgiu e não venci a eleição especial para Coordenador Anarquista em fevereiro de 2021.
Dentro da organização, ocupei os seguintes cargos de Narrador:
Griffin Immortal Night Theatre ST ou HST, do início de 2018 até o presente;
Night Theatre Revolt HST, do início de 2020 até o presente;
Norwalk: Rails of Revolution, do início de 2019 a 2022;
Bridgeport: Pyramid Schemes, do início de 2021 até meados de 2022.
Fora da organização, trabalho na mesma empresa como Maquinista desde que participei de um programa de aprendizagem baseada no trabalho no ensino médio, em 2015. Desde então, ascendi na empresa e hoje sou supervisor de toda a minha área de Maquinistas. Aprendi na prática a delegar tarefas, resolver problemas, gerenciar projetos, cumprir prazos e muito mais, tendo alcançado essa posição.
Personal Statement:
I am sure that there is not a lot of evidence supporting me from just this mere application up to this point on why I would want to be in such a position. I have watched the Lasombra coord office change hands time and time again. I am not faulting anyone, at all. It is genuinely a very in depth genre that has plenty of political macinations and power plays from the shadows and in my time within the org. It seems the Lasombra office changes hands nearly consistently every two coord elections. I am hoping to be the one to make that difference. I have shown in my administrative experience that my dedication to something goes a great distance. I would like to apply such to the Lasombra office.
Though, admittedly, I am very fond of Lasombra genre as within my 11 years within the org I have for almost all of it had play within the genre directly across all three sects throughout said time and in some of the more obscure sections of the genre's bloodlines and factions. I can admit that I luckily have been able to experience quite a bit of the genre and story from a player perspective outside of just reading books for lore. I have a soft spot for the genre and am consistently drawn back to it time and time again and want to help the genre and office.
Personal Statement (Portuguese):
Tenho certeza de que não há muitas evidências, apenas nesta candidatura, que justifiquem meu desejo por tal posição. Observei a coordenação Lasombra mudar de mãos diversas vezes. Não estou culpando ninguém, de forma alguma. É um gênero genuinamente muito complexo, com muitas intrigas políticas e jogos de poder nos bastidores, e durante meu tempo na organização, parece que a coordenação Lasombra muda quase que consistentemente a cada duas eleições. Espero ser eu quem fará a diferença. Demonstrei, em minha experiência administrativa, que minha dedicação a algo pode levar a grandes conquistas. Gostaria de aplicar isso à coordenação Lasombra.
Embora, admito, eu goste muito do gênero Lasombra, pois durante meus 11 anos na organização, participei quase que exclusivamente de atividades relacionadas ao gênero, atuando diretamente nas três seitas e também em algumas das facções e linhas de sangue mais obscuras. Admito que, por sorte, pude vivenciar bastante o gênero e a história sob a perspectiva de um jogador, além de apenas ler os livros para conhecer o universo do jogo. Tenho um carinho especial pelo gênero e sempre retorno a ele, desejando contribuir para o seu desenvolvimento e para a obra.
Goals:
My goal for the office sounds sort of simple, but I hope that the players of clan Lasombra know what I mean when I say this next couple parts.
I want the office to mean more than the place you go for Abyss and Herald things.
I want to open up the support for the factions within clan and help the internal clan support for all sects. My goal is to bring the clan back to a focal point of internal politics and plotting.
I wish to bring the packets up to date with some more modern knowledge of things that have happened as well as make the players feel like they are more apart of the genre. Also, other coord offices have opened up to putting in player made things to help the genre for them to leave their mark upon it and I wish to do the same for the genre as well.
Additionally, I want to make the office one of responsibility and attentiveness. I do not want people to dread reaching out to the office for response times. My goal is to create a team of individuals who wish to see the same sort of future with the office.

Meu objetivo para o escritório parece simples, mas espero que os jogadores do clã Lasombra entendam o que quero dizer nos próximos pontos.
Quero que o escritório seja mais do que apenas um local para assuntos relacionados ao Abismo e ao Arauto.
Quero ampliar o suporte às facções dentro do clã e fortalecer o apoio interno a todas as seitas. Meu objetivo é trazer o clã de volta ao centro das atenções da política interna e das intrigas.
Desejo atualizar os pacotes de informações com conhecimento mais recente sobre os acontecimentos e fazer com que os jogadores se sintam mais integrados ao gênero. Além disso, outros escritórios de coordenação já se abriram para a inclusão de conteúdo criado pelos jogadores, permitindo que eles deixem sua marca no gênero, e eu também quero fazer o mesmo.
Ademais, quero que o escritório seja um espaço de responsabilidade e atenção. Não quero que as pessoas temam entrar em contato com o escritório devido ao tempo de resposta. Meu objetivo é criar uma equipe de pessoas que compartilhem desse mesmo desejo para o futuro do escritório.
