Introduction and Background:
Hello, my name is Adriana Dinamarco.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from USP and have worked as a psychologist for over 15 years. My professional path has always been centered on listening, organizing narratives, and understanding complex human processes. Working with stories, context, and multiple perspectives is part of my daily practice, always guided by ethical responsibility, clarity, and respect for the collective.
I am currently attending Medical School, which further strengthens my analytical skills and ability to organize complex information in a structured and thoughtful way.
Within OWBN, I have been part of the international community since 2001. Over the years, I have witnessed the evolution of the game, the growth of new player generations, and the ongoing construction of our shared history. My administrative experience includes serving as Giovanni Sub-Coordinator (2008–2010 and currently) and Storyteller of São Paulo by Night since 2008.

Sou Mestre em Psicologia Clínica pela USP e atuo como psicóloga há mais de 15 anos. Minha trajetória profissional sempre esteve ligada à escuta, à organização de narrativas e à compreensão de processos humanos complexos. Trabalhar com histórias, contextos e diferentes perspectivas faz parte do meu cotidiano, sempre com foco em responsabilidade ética, clareza e respeito ao coletivo.
Atualmente curso Medicina, o que complementa minha formação com ferramentas de análise crítica e sistematização de informações complexas.
Na OWBN, participo da comunidade internacional desde 2001. Ao longo desses anos, acompanhei a evolução do jogo, o surgimento de novas gerações de jogadores e a construção contínua da nossa história coletiva. Minha experiência administrativa inclui atuação como Subcoordenadora Giovanni (2008–2010 e atualmente) e Storyteller de São Paulo by Night desde 2008.

Essa trajetória me proporcionou contato direto com diferentes estilos narrativos, processos organizacionais e a importância da preservação da memória institucional dentro da OWBN.
Personal Statement:
OWBN’s history is built collectively. Each chronicle, character, and narrative decision contributes to a legacy that goes beyond individual games and connects the entire community.
I see the Historian role as a position focused on preserving and organizing that legacy, not only recording events, but helping maintain a living archive that is accessible and respectful of the diversity of experiences within the organization.
I also believe it is valuable to include a Brazilian perspective within this historical work. Since 2001, I have had direct contact with numerous houses, chronicles, characters, and long-term storylines that helped shape OWBN over the years. This long-standing involvement provides not only knowledge of individual events, but also a broader understanding of how narratives and communities have evolved across different regions and periods of the organization.
My approach is collaborative: working with players, storytellers, and coordinators to gather information carefully while respecting narrative boundaries, ongoing plots, and confidentiality when needed. A strong historical archive supports the community, provides continuity, and honors the creative work of everyone involved.
My focus will be consistency, clarity, and continuity, preserving the past without interfering with the present narrative.

A história da OWBN é construída coletivamente. Cada crônica, cada personagem e cada decisão narrativa contribuem para um legado que ultrapassa jogos individuais e conecta toda a comunidade.
Vejo o papel de Historiadora como uma função de preservação e organização desse legado. Não apenas registrar eventos, mas ajudar a construir um arquivo vivo, acessível e respeitoso com a diversidade de experiências que formam a organização.
Também considero importante a presença de uma perspectiva brasileira dentro desse trabalho histórico. Desde 2001, tenho contato direto com inúmeras houses, crônicas, personagens e histórias que ajudaram a construir a OWBN ao longo dos anos. Essa vivência de longa duração permite compreender não apenas eventos isolados, mas os contextos narrativos que conectam diferentes períodos e comunidades dentro da organização.
Minha proposta é atuar de maneira colaborativa com jogadores, narradores e coordenadores, buscando informações com cuidado e sempre respeitando limites narrativos, tramas em andamento e necessidades de confidencialidade. Acredito que um bom arquivo histórico fortalece a comunidade, facilita consultas futuras e valoriza o trabalho criativo de todos.
Meu foco será consistência, clareza e continuidade, preservando o passado sem interferir no presente narrativo.
Goals:
Maintain and develop a clear, accessible public historical archive.
Review and structure chronicle reports and significant events.
Actively gather information through collaboration with players and storytellers.
Identify historical gaps and work to make documentation more complete.
Collaborate with the Archivist and Web Coordinators on presentation and access.
Provide regular reports to ST/Council regarding the state of the archive.
Prioritize established events while respecting confidentiality and narrative timing.

Manter e desenvolver um arquivo histórico público claro, acessível e organizado.
Revisar e estruturar relatos de crônicas e eventos significativos.
Buscar ativamente informações através do diálogo com jogadores e narradores.
Identificar lacunas históricas e trabalhar para torná-las mais completas.
Colaborar com Arquivista e Coordenação Web na apresentação das informações.
Produzir relatórios regulares ao ST/Council sobre o estado do arquivo histórico.
Priorizar eventos consolidados, respeitando confidencialidade e andamento narrativo.
