Introduction and Background:
Hello all, I'm Aaron G. Been apart of Owbn since 2007. Started out with Sabbat then gradually moved to other genres of WoD and will definitely say Werewolf is my favorite one.

Olá a todos, meu nome é Aaron. Faço parte da Owbn desde 2007. Comecei com Sabbat e gradualmente migrei para outros gêneros do Mundo das Trevas, e posso afirmar com certeza que Lobisomem é o meu favorito.
Administrative Experience:
I have been AST, for a few a narrator for more, and a HST for one for the org and been on staff for a couple troupes. Been on a few Subcoord for other gennres namely Hengeyokai, CBC, and Mage. Worked in Military and worked in a splat of everything from actual maintenance work to the dreaded paperwork in the miltary for 5 years. Was team leader in the military for a year, and supervisor in other jobs in my civilian life.

Fui assistente de palco (AST), narrador em outras ocasiões e assistente de palco (HST) em uma organização, além de ter feito parte da equipe de algumas companhias. Também fui subcoordenador em outros gêneros, como Hengeyokai, CBC e Magia. Trabalhei nas Forças Armadas, atuando em diversas áreas, desde manutenção até a temida burocracia militar, durante cinco anos. Fui líder de equipe nas Forças Armadas por um ano e supervisor em outros trabalhos na minha vida civil.
Personal Statement:
Well to start I was in the Navy so for the others in the org that was in other branches get it out of your system lol. I am not well known in the org compared to others but those that do know me or RPed with me I hope it was a blast. I like to try and keep things short and sweet when and/or if possible lol

Bem, para começar, eu servi na Marinha, então, para os outros membros da organização que serviram em outros ramos das Forças Armadas, podem tirar isso da cabeça, rsrs. Não sou muito conhecido na organização em comparação com outros, mas para aqueles que me conhecem ou já jogaram RPG comigo, espero que tenham se divertido bastante. Gosto de tentar ser breve e direto sempre que possível, rsrs.
Goals:
Might as well do it like the others. Looks clean
1) Firm believer in communication between teams and staff. Will build on and improve that. Will try and have responses for players and their staff in 48-72 hour time frame
2) Update packets that need them.
3) Anything custom be recorded and regulated
4) Work with the team to give every tribe plot to play with leading to something else
5) Work with other genres to make a epic plot for everyone
Goals (Portuguese):
Melhor fazer como os outros. Parece organizado.
1) Acredito firmemente na comunicação entre equipes e comissão técnica. Vou aprimorar e desenvolver isso. Tentarei dar respostas aos jogadores e suas comissões técnicas em um prazo de 48 a 72 horas.
2) Atualizar os pacotes que precisarem.
3) Qualquer personalização será registrada e regulamentada.
4) Trabalhar com a equipe para dar a cada tribo uma trama para jogar, que leve a algo mais.
5) Trabalhar com outros gêneros para criar uma trama épica para todos.
