Introduction and Background:
Hello, everyone!
My name is Marcello Peres. I've been playing RPG for over 25 years, having explored different systems and styles along the way. I have always had a special interest in the most intense, ideological and, at times, misunderstood clans, precisely because I see enormous narrative and political potential in them.
After a few years of OWBN, I intend to help more and that's why I decided to apply for Brujah Coordinator. I like the Brujah clan because it represents intensity, passion and idealism. The Brujah are not impulsive rebels, they are questioners of the established order, driven by strong convictions and the search for change. They carry within themselves the flame of transformation, the courage to confront unjust structures and the energy needed to act, not just speak.
The Brujah play a fundamental role within the OWBN universe. They represent the constant tension between idealism and fury, philosophy and revolution, critical thinking and direct action. They carry in their blood the weight of the fall of Carthage and ideological fragmentation. They are thinkers who burn. They question structures, challenge hierarchies and take a stand against the status quo. whether within the Camarilla, the Anarchist Movement or any other sect.
My intention is to actively collaborate with the organization, helping with issues related to the Brujah Clan and strengthening its presence. I therefore ask for your confidence in this case

Meu nome é Marcello Peres. Jogo RPG há mais de 25 anos, tendo explorado diversos sistemas e estilos ao longo dessa trajetória. Sempre tive especial interesse pelos clãs mais intensos, ideológicos e, por vezes, mal compreendidos, justamente por enxergar neles um enorme potencial narrativo e político.
Após alguns anos de OWBN, tenho a intenção de ajudar mais e por isso decidi aplicar para Coordenador Brujah. Gosto do clã Brujah porque ele representa intensidade, paixão e idealismo. Os Brujah não são rebeldes impulsivos, são questionadores da ordem estabelecida, movidos por convicções fortes e pela busca de mudança. Carregam em si a chama da transformação, a coragem de confrontar estruturas injustas e a energia necessária para agir, não apenas discursar.
Os Brujah ocupam um papel fundamental dentro do universo da OWBN. Eles representam a tensão constante entre idealismo e fúria, filosofia e revolução, pensamento crítico e ação direta. Carregam em seu sangue o peso da queda de Cartago e da fragmentação ideológica. São pensadores que ardem. Questionam estruturas, desafiam hierarquias e se posicionam contra o status quo. seja dentro da Camarilla, do Movimento Anarquista ou de qualquer outra seita.
Meu intuito é colaborar ativamente com a organização, auxiliando nas questões relacionadas ao Clã Brujah e fortalecendo sua presença. Peço então a confiança de vocês neste pleito.

Personal Statement:
I am a sailor in the Brazilian Merchant Navy, born in Santos, a coastal city deeply marked by the culture of the sea. Growing up in this environment taught me from an early age about discipline, resilience and the importance of teamwork, essential values both on board and in life.
In my career, I also worked in several other professions: I was a salesman throughout a vertical cemetery crematorium (yes, it's really different!), an announcer, a football player, among other experiences that broadened my view of the world. I mention this not just out of curiosity, but to demonstrate my ability to adapt. I learned to deal with different audiences, environments and challenges, always understanding that flexibility and posture make all the difference.
I am fully aware that a winning team is built with unity and solidity. A leader can lead, but he remains just one piece within a larger mechanism. For something to really work, all the gears need to operate in harmony, with respect, communication and a common purpose.

Sou marinheiro da Marinha Mercante do Brasil, nascido em Santos, cidade litorânea profundamente marcada pela cultura do mar. Crescer nesse ambiente me ensinou desde cedo sobre disciplina, resiliência e a importância do trabalho em equipe, valores essenciais tanto a bordo quanto na vida.
Ao longo da minha trajetória, também exerci diversas outras profissões: fui vendedor em um crematório de cemitério vertical (sim, é diferente mesmo!), locutor, jogador de futebol, entre outras experiências que ampliaram minha visão de mundo. Cito isso não apenas como curiosidade, mas para demonstrar minha capacidade de adaptação. Aprendi a lidar com diferentes públicos, ambientes e desafios, sempre entendendo que flexibilidade e postura fazem toda a diferença.
Tenho plena consciência de que um time vencedor se constrói com união e solidez. Um líder pode conduzir, mas continua sendo apenas uma peça dentro de um mecanismo maior. Para que algo funcione de verdade, todas as engrenagens precisam operar em harmonia, com respeito, comunicação e propósito comum.
Goals:
Maintain response time between 48–72h
Reformulate and expand communication (lists, discord, etc.) and Clan organization, respecting gender.
Working with a team of sub-coordinators from North and South America to carry out coordination in the best way possible, ensuring better regional distribution and close support.
The Brujah team will offer ongoing support to the chronicles, providing support in creating plots, developing PCs and NPCs, and strengthening the clan's political protagonism.
Strengthen the clan's identity, encouraging a vision of Brujah that goes beyond the stereotype of violence, also valuing its ideological depth, its collective spirit and its leadership capacity in decisive moments.
Join, collaborate and help in the development of the clan, always focusing on unity, organization and joint growth. I believe that the clan has enormous narrative and structural potential when well developed: it can unite strength and philosophy, fury and purpose, action and strategy.

Manter o tempo de resposta entre 48–72h
Reformular e ampliar a comunicação (listas, discord, etc) e organização do Clã, respeitando o gênero.
Trabalhar com uma equipe de subcoordenadores da América do Norte e do Sul para com as diversas visões conduzir a coordenação da melhor maneira, garantindo assim melhor distribuição regional e suporte próximo.
O time Brujah oferecerá suporte contínuo às crônicas, fornecendo suporte na criação de plots, desenvolvimento de PCs e NPCs e fortalecimento do protagonismo político do clã.
Fortalecer a identidade do clã, incentivando uma visão de Brujah que vai além do estereótipo da violência, valorizando também sua profundidade ideológica, seu espírito coletivo e sua capacidade de liderança em momentos decisivos.
Somar, colaborar e ajudar no desenvolvimento do clã, sempre com foco em união, organização e crescimento conjunto. Acredito que o clã tem um enorme potencial narrativo e estrutural quando bem desenvolvido: pode unir força e filosofia, fúria e propósito, ação e estratégia.
