2025 - Mediation - North America - Jim Mills
Introduction and Background:
Hi, my name is Jim Mills. I live in the Southwest Ohio area and have played in most of the games there. I started playing in OWBN in the mid 1990's. Live Action seemed like a new and better way to role play, and I still think it is. I stopped playing for 15 years while my children were younger. I returned two years ago, and the organization has gotten so much better. Games are online, and there are mechanisms in place that improve the experience. One of those is the Mediation Team. I hope to be a part of that team and continue to improve the player experience.

Olá, meu nome é Jim Mills. Moro na área do sudoeste de Ohio e joguei a maioria dos jogos de lá. Comecei a jogar na OWBN em meados dos anos 1990. Live Action parecia uma maneira nova e melhor de RPG, e ainda acho que é. Parei de jogar por 15 anos enquanto meus filhos eram mais novos. Voltei há dois anos, e a organização melhorou muito. Os jogos são online, e há mecanismos em vigor que melhoram a experiência. Um deles é a Equipe de Mediação. Espero fazer parte dessa equipe e continuar a melhorar a experiência do jogador.
Administrative Experience:
i have managed restatuarants, organized scout troops, led projects in my line of work (Finance) and I have herded cats. In all of these I have had to make sure all parties are if not happy, at least sastified with the outcomes. I use Microsoft Office tools daily
