Introduction and Background:
Hello,
My name is Nick Lambaunas, a former administrator to the One World by Night. I've returned about five months ago from a hiatus from gaming and raising my wonderful baby girl.
I have a long history with One World by Night and wish to make a little more.
Currently, and since I last was around, I work for a healthcare distributor, Henry Schein. My role their is Quality Assurance Analyst. What I do there in that role is a lot of hat wearing. I manage statistics for real time and historical data, agent standards of performance, programming, trouble shooting, chat administration for United States website, and helping the less tech inclined from the teams I work with.
I've been with my partner Amber 11 years now and our daughter Violet is turning 10 on June 19th!
Life has been wonderful and exciting.

Meu nome é Nick Lambaunas, ex-administrador da One World by Night. Voltei há cerca de cinco meses de um hiato dos jogos e da criação da minha linda filhinha.
Tenho uma longa história com a One World by Night e desejo construir um pouco mais.
Atualmente, e desde a minha última experiência, trabalho para uma distribuidora de produtos para a área da saúde, a Henry Schein. Minha função lá é Analista de Garantia de Qualidade. O que eu faço lá envolve muitas funções. Gerencio estatísticas para dados históricos e em tempo real, padrões de desempenho de agentes, programação, solução de problemas, administração de chat para o site dos Estados Unidos e ajudo os menos familiarizados com tecnologia nas equipes com as quais trabalho.
Estou com minha parceira Amber há 11 anos e nossa filha Violet fará 10 anos no dia 19 de junho!

I value and support the work of Gabi, Chase, and Kris. When I came back to One World, I am happy and proud of the work I've seen them do. I feel I've grown for the better and had some great experiences outside OWBN while I was away.
I'm happy, rested, recharged, new and improved! I also have the power of experience and hindsight to share.

Valorizo e apoio o trabalho da Gabi, do Chase e do Kris. Quando voltei para a One World, fiquei feliz e orgulhoso do trabalho que os vi fazer. Sinto que cresci para melhor e tive ótimas experiências fora da OWBN enquanto estive fora.
Estou feliz, descansada, recarregada, renovada e melhor! Também tenho o poder da experiência e da retrospectiva para compartilhar.
