2024 - Mage - Rayne Durelen
Introduction and Background:
Hey, I am Rayne Durelen, my pronouns are they/them. I am the current mage coord and HST of 4M. I am a huge nerd and my last name is proof of it. Its based off of one of Tolkien elven languages, in fact. I also have a cat is named after Agatha Christie's detectives. I am a parent as well.

Ei, eu sou Rayne Durelen, meus pronomes são eles/eles. Eu sou o mago atual e HST da 4M. Sou um grande nerd e meu sobrenome é prova disso. Na verdade, é baseado em uma das línguas élficas de Tolkien. Também tenho um gato com o nome dos detetives de Agatha Christie. Eu também sou pai.
Administrative Experience:
I am the current mage coord and its my first time as coord. I been a ST in OWbN for about 4 years. I have been a player rep and admin for a game. I ran table top rpgs ST for much longer.

Eu sou o atual mago coordenador e é minha primeira vez como coordenador. Sou ST no OWbN há cerca de 4 anos. Fui representante de jogadores e administrador de um jogo. Executei RPGs de mesa ST por muito mais tempo.
Personal Statement:
The last two years haven't been easy ones but, I managed to get through them, especially as a first time coord learning the ropes. I did what I could to not show favortism or bias during the last two years. Also I tried to make myself availble to anyone that had any mage questions or help. I think knowing what I know now, i can do more for my next term. So I would like another term to keep doing things for the mage genre. I may not be the best with words but I have passion and I do my best to improve myself and what I am writing. Thank you.

Os últimos dois anos não foram fáceis, mas consegui superá-los, especialmente como coordenador pela primeira vez aprendendo o básico. Fiz o que pude para não demonstrar favoritismo ou preconceito durante os últimos dois anos. Também tentei me disponibilizar para qualquer pessoa que tivesse alguma dúvida ou ajuda sobre magos. Acho que sabendo o que sei agora, posso fazer mais no próximo mandato. Então, eu gostaria de outro termo para continuar fazendo coisas para o gênero mago. Posso não ser o melhor com as palavras, mas tenho paixão e faço o meu melhor para melhorar a mim mesmo e ao que escrevo. Obrigado.
Goals:
I want to reorganize my office to make it more efficient. I been talking to people on how they want to mage plots done and pc involvement. I know reorganizing things will help with plot and things for pcs to do in mage coordland. I want to do polls and census so I can better cater to the mage genre. Try to get packets out that can make mage easier to understand and digest.

Quero reorganizar meu escritório para torná-lo mais eficiente. Tenho conversado com as pessoas sobre como elas querem fazer as tramas e o envolvimento do PC. Eu sei que reorganizar as coisas ajudará no enredo e nas coisas para os PCs fazerem em Mage Coordland. Quero fazer pesquisas e censos para poder atender melhor ao gênero mago. Tente obter pacotes que possam tornar o mago mais fácil de entender e digerir.
