I am Alexander Tomasi, a member of OWBN since 2008, but my journey in the World of Darkness began in 1998 when my brother introduced me to it. While I took a brief hiatus due to local challenges shortly after joining the organization, I continued to engage sporadically. Since 2006, I have actively participated in troupe games here in Florida, forging enduring connections with fellow enthusiasts.
Some may recognize me as the player behind characters like Nosferatu Skulln Toren, known by his SchreckNet handles Nospoolnoswithamouth and DecayedAngel, who unfortunately met its final demise in April 2023. Alternatively, you might be familiar with my recent persona, Xavier De Leon, Brujah extraordinaire. Among my lesser-known characters are Declan Black (Shadowlord Ragabash), Malik Synjal (Anarch FoS Priest), and Azazel McGready (Sabbat Salubri). I also serve as the Head Storyteller (HST) of Shattered Tears Over Rural Michigan, a Discord-based Satellite game featuring Technocracy and Tradition Mages. Regrettably, this project faced challenges, particularly due to the passing of my close friend and the original HST, Jonathon T. Nielson, also known as JT.
Beyond White Wolf and OWBN, I currently dedicate myself as a full-time Twitch streamer, indulging in horror games and curating playlists of Industrial, EBM, Goth, and Darkwave music. I pride myself on being an open book, fostering easy communication, often found in voice chats engaging in lively conversations.

Administrative Experience:
Regarding my experience, I have served as staff for numerous games within the organization and presently hold the position of HST for SToRM, an exclusively online Discord chronicle. Additionally, I am a sub-coordinator for Team Set and Team Nosferatu, having previously contributed to Team Demon, Sabbat, and Assamite.
Beyond the organization, my administrative background extends to the troupe side, ranging from a basic player to running independent games and working with a diverse staff team.I've also managed retail operations in malls and gas stations. Some of my other experience includes supervising personnel for various internet radio stations, ensuring seamless broadcasting and addressing any technical issues, including during downtimes.

Em relação à minha experiência, atuei como staff em vários jogos dentro da organização e atualmente ocupo o cargo de HST do SToRM, uma crônica do Discord exclusivamente online. I want to extend my gratitude to the entire OWBN community, whose tireless efforts have brought us to our current positive direction. Special thanks to Scott Logan, who initially welcomed me to Team Set, and Stacey, for allowing me to remain when she assumed leadership amid Scott's real-life challenges. It was under Stacey's guidance that I actively engaged rather than merely offering occasional feedback from the sidelines.
While there is still room for improvement, we have been trying to push for a better Genre for the org as we move forward. I want to thank those who sat with me in the Setite Discord as I worked away on getting the packets updated. Some of them had really needed it after not being touched for a decade or more. I also want to thank the Setite Players and Staff of various games for having the discourse we have had in the discord, in looking at the direction we want to take as a Clan in order to better it, not just for the players of the Setite Genre but for the org as a whole.

Quero estender a minha gratidão a toda a comunidade OWBN, cujos esforços incansáveis nos trouxeram à nossa atual direção positiva. Agradecimentos especiais a Scott Logan, que inicialmente me acolheu no Team Set, e a Stacey, por me permitir permanecer quando ela assumiu a liderança em meio aos desafios da vida real de Scott. Foi sob a orientação de Stacey que me engajei ativamente, em vez de apenas oferecer feedback ocasional nos bastidores.
Embora ainda haja espaço para melhorias, temos tentado promover um gênero melhor para a organização à medida que avançamos. Quero agradecer àqueles que estiveram comigo no Discord Setita enquanto eu trabalhava para atualizar os pacotes. Alguns deles realmente precisavam disso depois de não terem sido tocados por uma década ou mais. Goals:
Moving on to goals. This section is a big one. While the genre packets have undergone substantial updates, the work continues. I intend to create a Cult Packet akin to the House Packet for Clan Tremere, recognizing the diverse and expansive nature of Cults within the Setite Clan. Furthermore, the Genre Packet may undergo another transformation, potentially with significant shifts aligned with upcoming plots. These endeavors aim to redefine what it means to be a Setite or Follower of Set, fostering a positive and enriching environment for the entire organization.
In terms of team expansion, I plan to add additional Sub-Coordinators, aiming for representation in each region and at least two for Brazil. This approach facilitates a more nuanced understanding of regional dynamics, fostering cohesion on both an OOC and IC level. Additionally, I aim to appoint at least three Sub-Coordinators for the various different bloodlines, supporting them in various capacities, from managing NPCs to assisting STs with plot development. I plan to have at least one to two dedicated Sub-Coordinators for the Serpents of the Light to ensure their specific needs are addressed. I also plan on seeing which of the current team wishes to remain part of the team.
Regarding response time, my goal is a prompt 3-4 day turnaround. Communication is key, and any anticipated delays due to real-life commitments will be transparently communicated to the player base and CMs.
Lastly, I have a series of plots ready to unfold post-elections (pending Council approval), designed to not only shift the genre internally but also impact it externally. Our goal is to guide the genre in a healthy direction, working towards dispelling OOC stigmas that occasionally infiltrate IC interactions.

Passando para os objetivos. Esta seção é grande. Embora os pacotes de gênero tenham passado por atualizações substanciais, o trabalho continua. Eu pretendo criar um Pacote de Culto semelhante ao Pacote de Casa para o Clã Tremere, reconhecendo a natureza diversa e expansiva dos Cultos dentro do Clã Setita. Além disso, o Pacote de Gênero pode passar por outra transformação, potencialmente com mudanças significativas alinhadas com as próximas tramas. Estes esforços visam redefinir o que significa ser um Setita ou Seguidor de Set, promovendo um ambiente positivo e enriquecedor para toda a organização.
Em termos de expansão da equipe, pretendo agregar Subcoordenadores adicionais, visando representação em cada região e pelo menos dois para o Brasil. Esta abordagem facilita uma compreensão mais matizada da dinâmica regional, promovendo a coesão tanto a nível do COO como do CI. Além disso, pretendo nomear pelo menos três Subcoordenadores para as diversas linhagens, apoiando-os em diversas capacidades, desde gerenciar NPCs até auxiliar STs no desenvolvimento da trama. Pretendo ter pelo menos um ou dois Subcoordenadores dedicados às Serpentes da Luz para garantir que as suas necessidades específicas sejam atendidas. Também pretendo ver qual membro da equipe atual deseja continuar fazendo parte da equipe.
Em relação ao tempo de resposta, minha meta é um retorno rápido de 3 a 4 dias. A comunicação é fundamental, e quaisquer atrasos previstos devido a compromissos da vida real serão comunicados de forma transparente à base de jogadores e aos CMs.
Por último, tenho uma série de enredos prontos para se desenrolarem pós-eleições (pendentes da aprovação do Conselho), concebidos não apenas para mudar o gênero internamente, mas também para impactá-lo externamente. Nosso objetivo é guiar o gênero em uma direção saudável, trabalhando para dissipar os estigmas OOC que ocasionalmente se infiltram nas interações CI.
