2022 - Malkavian - Joy Wood
Introduction and Background:
I must be crazy :) But I love Clan Malkavian.
Hi! My name is Joy. I've been dancing around the org for about 8ish years now? Yeah something like that. I have Cam Charactrers: Tremere (Enfys Waters), a Nosferatu (Serenity) and a Malkie (Jennifer Fine). I have an anarch brujah named Raine Cross. A sabbat pander named Lilly (No that's not her name but she gave up tryin to correct people!) and asmall handful of garou of various small shapes and sizes.
Out of the Org, I'm a single mom to a 20 something who swears LARP is of the devil- but can't wait for me to get out of the house to go play again :) I used to be a System's Analyst and endlessly ask the question "yes but is it turned on?" or "Have you tried restarting it?" So I guess you could say that I'm really good at insanity- doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result! I dabble in art, writing stories, running pathfinder games, beating down Zerg and other creatures in Starcraft and in general being a gamer mom. I recently started a new job with California State working on getting workers the money they should have been paid for working on state projects. It's fun. Lots of spreadsheets and nosing about peoples paperwork.

Oi! Meu nome é Alegria. Eu tenho dançado ao redor da organização por cerca de 8 anos agora? Sim algo assim. Eu tenho Personagens Cam: Tremere (Enfys Waters), um Nosferatu (Serenity) e um Malkie (Jennifer Fine). Eu tenho um brujah anarquista chamado Raine Cross. Uma alcoviteira do sabá chamada Lilly (Não, esse não é o nome dela, mas ela desistiu de tentar corrigir as pessoas!) e um pequeno punhado de garou de várias formas e tamanhos pequenos.
Fora da Org, sou uma mãe solteira de 20 e poucos anos que jura que o LARP é do diabo - mas mal posso esperar para eu sair de casa para jogar novamente :) Eu costumava ser analista de sistemas e infinitamente fazer a pergunta "sim, mas está ligado?" ou "Você tentou reiniciá-lo?" Então eu acho que você poderia dizer que eu sou muito bom em insanidade - fazendo a mesma coisa repetidamente e esperando um resultado diferente! Eu me interesso por arte, escrevendo histórias, executando jogos de desbravadores, derrotando Zergs e outras criaturas em Starcraft e, em geral, sendo uma mãe gamer. Recentemente, comecei um novo trabalho com o estado da Califórnia, trabalhando para conseguir que os trabalhadores recebessem o dinheiro que deveriam ter sido pagos por trabalhar em projetos estaduais. É divertido. Muitas planilhas e bisbilhotando a papelada das pessoas.
Administrative Experience:
- HST for Garou / Dark Side of the Moon Los Angeles, CA for many years (off and on, like 4 years? 5? Time is so funky right now!)
-AST for Cam/Anarch / La Sangre De Los Angeles - off and on for years, probably if you squished them all together it'd be 2 years or so. I like helping out when there's a need.
- SubCoord for Team Historian - For like five years- but take that with a grain of salt. I haven't done much except chase people around and squint when I couldn't figure out how to help more.
- SubCoord for Team Membership - For the past 2 years- it's fun!
- Subcoord for Changeling Breeds - West Coast SubCoord / Hengeyokai back in the day- 3? 4? Years. I dunno I think I have dust and spiderwebs...

Personal Statement:
I love Malkavians. I love how unique each and every crazy one can be. I love the way that the clan has changed from first edition to the more modern incarnations. I haven't been on team Malkavian before - so I'm sure there will be a learning curve. I hope it includes more cream pie and less razor blades, but you get what you get in this clan right?
I would like to continue making players who opt into the crazy have their voices heard in the cobweb.
I am one hundred percent dedicated on continuing on with what has already come before. I may need some help to get there- and I'm open for suggestions and help! I would really like to help get the clan to be up to snuff with the other clans in the org- and you know bump a few malk friendly plots. I think working with game staff to provide little storylines for malks is fun and gets people involved with letting the Chronicle staff do the real driving.
I'd like to continue the feels that I've seen from the previous Coord and his team!
Personal Statement (Portuguese):
Eu amo os Malkavianos. Eu amo o quão único cada louco pode ser. Eu amo o jeito que o clã mudou da primeira edição para as encarnações mais modernas. Eu não estive no time Malkavian antes - então tenho certeza que haverá uma curva de aprendizado. Espero que inclua mais torta de creme e menos lâminas de barbear, mas você consegue o que ganha neste clã, certo?
Eu gostaria de continuar fazendo com que os jogadores que optam pela loucura tenham suas vozes ouvidas na teia de aranha.
Estou cem por cento dedicado a continuar com o que já veio antes. Posso precisar de ajuda para chegar lá - e estou aberto a sugestões e ajuda! Eu realmente gostaria de ajudar a fazer o clã estar à altura dos outros clãs da organização - e você sabe, encontrar algumas tramas amigáveis aos malk. Eu acho que trabalhar com a equipe do jogo para fornecer pequenas histórias para os malks é divertido e envolve as pessoas em deixar a equipe do Chronicle dirigir de verdade.
Eu gostaria de continuar as sensações que vi do Coord anterior e sua equipe!
Goals:
- To find and maintain what has come before so that nothing is lost in the transition of coords.
- To provide small (and big) plotlines inviting people (and kindred) into the spooky kooky ways of Malkavian.
- To work with other coords for a more well rounded experience for players.
- Malk randomness.
-To try to find ways to make more opportunities for Malks of all walks of life to experience the clan in both it's inclusiveness and it's independance regardless of the region you play in.
Goals (Portuguese):
- Encontrar e manter o que veio antes para que nada se perca na transição de coordenadas.
- Fornecer pequenas (e grandes) tramas convidando as pessoas (e parentes) para as formas assustadoras e excêntricas dos Malkavianos.
- Trabalhar com outras coordenadas para uma experiência mais completa para os jogadores.
- Malk aleatoriedade.
- Tentar encontrar maneiras de criar mais oportunidades para Malks de todas as esferas da vida experimentarem o clã tanto em sua inclusão quanto em sua independência, independentemente da região em que você joga.
