Intro and Background
I love stories. I love reading stories, telling stories, creating stories, and most importantly, helping others tell their stories. At the heart of it, a coordinator is about helping others that are telling a dozen or more stories at the same time to embody the story and setting of the entire organization.
I love collaboration. Working with other people can be rewarding. Yes, it can be stressful, but there’s no cooler feeling than when two people with the same passion sync up on an idea. It always comes out more creative and substantial than if either tried to do it alone.
I love creating an experience. Immersive experiences make this whole hobby worth it. If I can help storytellers do that from a Coordinator position, that’s worth it right there.
I’ve put a lot of time and effort over my years into making every aspect of One World By Night the best experience I could for everyone involved from whatever position I was in. I know that not everyone plays or STs with that in mind, but many tend to enjoy it and emulate it for others

Introdução e plano de fundo
Eu amo histórias. Adoro ler histórias, contar histórias, criar histórias e, o mais importante, ajudar os outros a contar suas histórias. No cerne disso, um coordenador trata de ajudar outras pessoas que estão contando uma dúzia ou mais de histórias ao mesmo tempo para incorporar a história e o cenário de toda a organização.
Eu amo colaboração. Trabalhar com outras pessoas pode ser gratificante. Sim, pode ser estressante, mas não há sensação mais legal do que quando duas pessoas com a mesma paixão sincronizam uma ideia. Sempre sai mais criativo e substancial do que se qualquer um tentasse fazê-lo sozinho.
Adoro criar uma experiência. Experiências imersivas fazem todo esse hobby valer a pena. Se eu puder ajudar os contadores de histórias a fazer isso a partir de uma posição de Coordenador, vale a pena.
Eu dediquei muito tempo e esforço ao longo dos meus anos para tornar cada aspecto de One World By Night a melhor experiência que eu poderia para todos os envolvidos em qualquer posição em que eu estivesse. Eu sei que nem todos jogam ou STs com isso em mente, mas muitos tendem a apreciá-lo e imitá-lo para os outros
Administrative Experience:
Admin Experience
In the organization since 2001. In that time I’ve been a player, a player rep, narrator, ST, HST, and subcoordinator for various offices. With these experiences I’ve run the gauntlet on the types of situations that occur and how to handle them.
I’ve run successful events in and out of the network for groups of 10-150 attendees, and assisted in running many more. Managing an experience for larger groups can be a challenge that I’m very familiar with and comfortable handling.
My real world experience deals with leadership, calendar management, and facilitating timely, regular responses to clients and colleagues. All of these competencies are essential to the coordinator position

Na organização desde 2001. Nesse período fui jogador, representante de jogadores, narrador, ST, HST e subcoordenador de vários cargos. Com essas experiências, corri o desafio dos tipos de situações que ocorrem e como lidar com elas.
Realizei eventos de sucesso dentro e fora da rede para grupos de 10 a 150 participantes e ajudei na execução de muitos outros. Gerenciar uma experiência para grupos maiores pode ser um desafio com o qual estou muito familiarizado e confortável de lidar.
Minha experiência no mundo real lida com liderança, gerenciamento de calendário e facilitação de respostas oportunas e regulares a clientes e colegas. Todas essas competências são essenciais para o cargo de coordenador

Personal Statement
I want to do the work. I want to help the network improve for the very passionate Camarilla player base and their game staff members. I’m applying to be Camarilla Coordinator because I want to energize the game and actively engage with the people.
The Camarilla story so far has developed and grown significantly in every region we have, and in every country we span. Everyone in every part of the organization deserves that to continue.

Eu quero fazer o trabalho. Eu quero ajudar a rede a melhorar para a base de jogadores muito apaixonados da Camarilla e seus membros da equipe de jogo. Estou me candidatando a Coordenador da Camarilla porque quero energizar o jogo e me envolver ativamente com as pessoas.
A história da Camarilla até agora se desenvolveu e cresceu significativamente em todas as regiões que temos e em todos os países que abrangemos. Todos em todas as partes da organização merecem que isso continue.
Goals:
Goals
I believe that the Camarilla Coordinator can lead the genre, and the organization, towards a better experience for everyone. The story in One World by Night has developed beyond what any of the original creators could have ever imagined. We’ve created so much together and I want to use it for the benefit of the organization.
I believe we can accomplish this, so I pledge to:
Be engaged and active across the network while carefully monitoring signs of burnout in myself and those with whom I am working
Effective team management; I want to work with a group that shares similar passions
Effective time management, through setting reasonable response expectations with storytellers, players, and other coordinators
Harnessing the player driven history, unique to OWbN, to help games execute immersive stories

Acredito que o Coordenador da Camarilla pode levar o gênero e a organização a uma melhor experiência para todos. A história em One World by Night se desenvolveu além do que qualquer um dos criadores originais jamais poderia ter imaginado. Criamos muito juntos e quero usá-lo para o benefício da organização.
