This is a Genre Coordinator Genre Proposal, and needs no second or vote unless there is an objection from Council.
I propose the document attached be considered the tribal genre packet for the Red Talon tribe. The genre packet addresses OWbN history, tribal structure, tribal camps, as well as specialized issues with the tribe.

| Harrisonburg, VA: Death in the Valley | For | The packet states the Red Talons, who hate humans, willingly teach two rites. This was meant to indicate they WILLINGLY TEACH THESE RITES, not that they will NOT teach any other rites. We feel Adam is looking for ways to abuse this (because he's cautious), and realize that the rites bit is fairly unenforcable from the way he is reading it. The Rites bit was meant to show they teach certain things, not that they don't teach. Tribal rites are just that - tribal rites. Most tribes, save the Children of Gaia, don't teach outside of the tribe ANYWAY. This statement was meant to clarify what they will teach without tribal repercussions. As for the African Red Talon, it's easier to do this way than double red tape. |
