Purpose: Tampa: Under Night's Cloak proposes the following change to section 2 (titled: Council) of the OWbN bylaws. Under subsection (a),
which discusses the governing body of OWbN, we propose that item i should
be changed as follows:
CURRENTLY the wording of 2.a.i is:
One (1) voting representative from each full member chronicle
PROPOSED change line to:
One (1) voting representative from each full member chronicle. A
voting representative may serve as a voting representative for only
one full member chronicle at a time.
