New York City, NY - USA, Kings of New York | R&U: | I have to agree with Balitmore, most games have a 10% rule for odd clans and bloodlines that should take care of this pretty well. Any ST worth his salt can prevent a Loyalist from destroying his game, and since when do we care about PCs killing PCs? It's just a game, they can make a new character. Additionally, the preponderance of Aura Perceptions and Bones of Lies at the typical Elysium pretty much guarantee death for non-cam characters these days anwyay. |

I don't think a consideration in designating them as R&U should be whether or not they'd kill people. The Brujah and Gangrel in our game do enough of that, and they're better equipped to do so than assamites. |
