Coordinator Bylaw 3.c.ii states that Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U Named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion and that if no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable.
I hereby propose propose this update of the Setite Genre Packet. This packet (attached, or pasted text-only below), revision 4.0, would replace all previous genre documents for Setite genre, as the enforcable policy for Setite genre exception portions specifically labelled as optional or recommended.

For reference, the only changes are to the FAQ, to remove outdated information that was missed, directing readers to the Setite Sorcery packet instead.

Objecting to the Prestige and Positions changes is petty, because you /should/ have spoke up on the Setite OOC list during the discussion instead of making a fuss now.

Why can't a Nosferatu with Advanced Celerity teach Celerity? Because Council voted to restrict teaching disciplines. Why make an exception for Out of Clan Sorcery? Addendum: Anyone that thinks this packet has nothing to do with the teaching of Setite Sorcery should READ it. It very clearly states the teaching policy in the FAQ.
