Proposed that the following is added to the current dues wording.
Dues collected will be used exclusively for the OWBN server and costs
related to it's maintenance.
Add to the Financial Coordinator section.
The Financial Coordinator is responsible for the distribution of collected
dues. The dues may only be used to fund the OWBN server. Any other use of
dues must recieve a three quarter majority vote, and a Article 2 exception
does not apply.
