I propose that we remove the following entries in the R&U Bylaws:
Under Very Rare "Ravnos Rakta Sadhus"
Under Coordinator Approval "Ravnos" (Was just created with the most recent Ravnos vote)
To replace these I propose we add this entry to the Coordinator Approval Section of the R&U Bylaws
Ravnos PCs (Regular/PhuriDae/Brahman/Rakta-Sadhus)/Ravnos NPCs of 7th Gen
This will clarify which types of Ravnos where intended to be moderated here and open up all non Elder NPCs for use by STs.
This Proposal has the Support of Ravnos Coord
