Regulation of Ventrue combo disciplines

Foreword to this proposal - many Ventrue and Brujah PCs have been a little naughty and have traded their combo powers in equal exchanges across clan lines. I wanted to have these powers for my clan regulated as well, and doing it right alongside the current Brujah Coordinator's proposal to regulate Brujah combos seems only fair. If argument is made for one of these combos to not be Ventrue only during discussion, I will hear the arguments and possibly edit the proposal. If someone has a PC in their chronicle with one of these powers that they feel must keep this power, we can discuss why the character has the power and see about getting that character approved.

Further, I am proposing this as an addition to the current packet, which will almost certainly be further edited and updated by a new Ventrue Coordinator next year. I simply want to get this in now alongside my peer's similar proposal.

Therefore, without further ado, I propose the following be added to the current Ventrue genre packet as binding:

Combo Disciplines:
Lifesong, Denial of Aphrodite's Favor, Distant Friend, Approximation of Loyalty Absolute, Truth Tongue and Inescapable Aura of Truth are the Ventrue combo disciplines of OWbN. They are highly regulated within the ranks of the elitist Clan of Kings, and usually only taught to the most proper of Ventrue who have received a full Agoge and who hold at the very least the Iron Circlet and Lineage dignitas. These Ventrue combo disciplines may only be taught by a Ventrue, and may only be learned by Ventrue. Any of these Ventrue combo disciplines can only be taught to a non-Ventrue with exception given by Ventrue Coordinator Approval, and these exceptions must be logged with the Ventrue Coordinator. This restriction does not allow grandfathering - Coordinator Approval must be received for these powers to remain on the sheets of non-Ventrue characters that already possess them.
