For many centuries the leaders of the Inconnu, referred to as the
Council of Twelve, suffered confinement to Hunedoara Castle as the
result of a demonic pact. At the outset of what would become known as
the Year of Fire, the Council of Twelve is freed from their
imprisonment and able to move freely about the world once more.

Part of the Council was put under the control of the Demon
Coordinator.  The other half I would like to be under the control of
the Camarilla Coordinator office because they were or are part of the
Inconnu which is already under Camarilla Coordinator Control.

I do this with no object from the Genre and Clan coordinators.
