Hello Council!

I, Mike Lehman, council member for Northern Virginia: Night Falls am proposing a request for some territory so that we might create a satellite game.
We are requesting control of Cibola, Socorro, Lincoln, Chaves, Otero, Sierra, Grant counties in New Mexico for creation of an Independent vampire game. Thanks!
