[Proposal] [Autopass] The 3rd Inquisition - Bylaw Revisions

Pursuant to bylaw C. iii. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.
Therefore, in accordance with these duties, I, Michael Flickinger, as Hunter Coordinator, propose the following. This has the potential to Autopass and may be shared with players/staff.
Bylaw Changes:
Currently members in the Society of Leopold / Florentine Heresy get 5 paths of Theurgy per the book, plus Convictions, Blessings and endowments. This obviously isn't intended and these bylaws are to help close those bylaws. Likewise currently Supernaturals could technically claim membership in the Society of Leopold. The goal of these bylaws is to limit these loopholes. The hunter exposure is in agreement with my previous bylaw proposals. These bylaw changes are also supposed to help reflect the plot proposal for the 3rd Inquisition.
Legacy allowed: No. If there are any PCs who thise does impact, I am more than happy to work with them / their STs in talking about the approvals :)
