Introduction and Background:
Hello everyone, my name is Dennis Hamand. I have been playing in OWBN for 7 years. Additionally I have been playing TTRPGs, and have had gaming as a hobby for twenty three years now. When I joined the Org I was figuring out a lot about life and the universe and everything alongside myself. As I learned more about the org and grown inside of it, I noticed my peers in similar positions of wanting to be more connected. I used the relationships I was building to aid others in establishing their own connections to access national plots and relationships to coordinator offices.
I have grown in the org and learned how to grow with the org. The friendships I have made here, the experiences I have had, have all been a huge and fundamental part of the person I have become and shaped me for the better. While being relatively young compared to my predecessors within the national scene and greater org. I have continuously pushed professionalism as well as conversation and branching games who felt they didn’t have a voice or didn’t know how to use it. And continue this trend and will continue to do so.
Nationally you may be able to recognize me in the Sabbat. I play Carthige Caster, mute Brujah Judge Inquisitor of the Sabbat or the "Speak and Spell Inquisitor". Anarch I play, Victor Rossi. As well as the face of Blood and Ice Sabbat 2023, 2024. And Mixed Genre Blood and Ice 2024.

Olá a todos, meu nome é Dennis Hamand. Jogo no OWBN há 7 anos. Além disso, jogo TTRPGs e tenho o jogo como hobby há vinte e três anos. Quando entrei na Org, eu estava descobrindo muito sobre a vida, o universo e tudo ao meu lado. À medida que aprendi mais sobre a organização e cresci dentro dela, percebi que meus colegas estavam em posições semelhantes de quererem estar mais conectados. Usei os relacionamentos que estava construindo para ajudar outros a estabelecerem suas próprias conexões para acessar parcelas nacionais e relacionamentos com escritórios de coordenação.
Cresci na organização e aprendi como crescer com ela. As amizades que fiz aqui, as experiências que tive, foram todas uma parte enorme e fundamental da pessoa que me tornei e me moldaram para melhor. Embora seja relativamente jovem em comparação com meus antecessores no cenário nacional e na organização maior. Tenho continuamente promovido o profissionalismo, bem como a conversação e os jogos ramificados que sentiam que não tinham voz ou não sabiam como usá-la. E continuar esta tendência e continuará a fazê-lo.

Discord for both Prey to Predator and Madison Black Crusade: 4 Years (Originally a Pandemic Era location(s) for the Org and have been continually running game and plot and holding open RP spaces between games.)
AST for Swift to Shed Blood: 1 year (Ongoing, continues to help the game with org resources and help be the branch that helps them navigate greater org bureaucracy and genre adherence, Picking up in an area that has been devoid of Sabbat for a while is always challenging. I'm proud of the staff and where we currently are. And excited for where we will go.)
Gangrel Genre Sub-Coordinator: 3 years (Ongoing, Sabbat subcoord and helps navigate that branch as well as have helped run national plot from the office as well as writing by-laws and helped write the packet. And I hope to continue that role.)
Hunter Genre Sub-Coordinator: 2 Years (Ongoing, Helped write by-laws and worked with as a team to push genre forward.)
As well as many many games and offices that reach out to me for general help to navigate coord land and administrative policies of the org.

Personal Statement:
I love Sabbat, more than any other Vampire genre in WoD. It is the very best of some of my favorite themes in gaming and horror. I firmly believe that the Sabbat genre has become a model flagship for gaming in OWBN, and I want to hold it to that standard. In character and out. It is where I started in the Org and my giant leap into being emerged in WoD. It's home to me in short. And I want to share my love and passion for the genre in my term. And this is just echoed in my PC’s and their share to the Sabbat office. Which I will be announcing right now will be taking a step back from national spotlights as well as anything I have tied to the office will not be acting in those capacities in my tenure. Both my national PC’s as well as anything else tied to the office will be ‘on assignment’ as it were and will not be played in national scale scenes under the Sabbat office.
Below you will find my first and second year goals if I am elected to the position. Thank you to those who asked this of me and support me. Believing I can make this happen and know that I will see it through to the very best of my ability. And give the genre we love together the attention and care it needs.

Eu amo o Sabbat, mais do que qualquer outro gênero de Vampiro no WoD. É o melhor de alguns dos meus temas favoritos em jogos e terror. Acredito firmemente que o gênero Sabá se tornou um modelo emblemático para jogos na OWBN, e quero mantê-lo nesse padrão. Dentro e fora do personagem. Foi onde comecei na Org e meu salto gigante para emergir no WoD. Em suma, é um lar para mim. E quero compartilhar meu amor e paixão pelo gênero durante meu mandato. E isso ecoou nos meus PCs e na parte deles no escritório do Sabá. O que irei anunciar agora será um afastamento dos holofotes nacionais, bem como qualquer coisa que eu tenha vinculado ao cargo, não atuará nessas funções durante meu mandato. Ambos os meus PCs nacionais bem como qualquer outra coisa ligada ao escritório estarão “em missão” e não serão reproduzidos em cenas de escala nacional sob o escritório do Sabá.
Abaixo você encontrará minhas metas para o primeiro e segundo ano caso eu seja eleito para o cargo. Obrigado a todos aqueles que me pediram isso e me apoiam. Acreditar que posso fazer isso acontecer e saber que farei isso da melhor maneira possível. E dar ao gênero que amamos juntos a atenção e o cuidado que ele precisa.
Goals:
Below is my goal outline for year 1 and year 2 of my tenure and things I aim to achieve.
On the topic of teammates: I will be open to hearing conversations about problematic people if they indeed end up on my Team. I will be addressing realistic concerns and troubles and work closely with the new Exec team to ensure that such things are investigated fully and deal as much as possible swiftly.
Tenure Year 1
Take control of all aspects of the Sabbat Coord position (Gmail Accounts, Google Groups, OWBN R&U Pages, Documents, and all associated accounts.)
Respectfully and politely fire the entire Sabbat Coord staff. We will then immediately hold applications for new Sub-Coord and Team Leads. Anyone fired who wants back on and has no competition as well as a track record of positive activity and player support, will be welcomed back.
Shane West has agreed to stay on as a Legacy SubCoord for my tenure to ensure proper flow of communication from previous teams and this one.
Once my teams are filled back out with a reasonable but conservative number of active and attentive sub-coords, begin active term.
Run Eccumenical Council
Address secret societies in terms of active plots, upcoming plots, and what the players want to see run as well as conclude ongoing discussions in those areas.(TMR, Lilians, Black Hand, Inquisition, and other Cult/Faction Groups)
Work to finish out the packets the team have been working on for the better part of 2 years plus as well as getting a brand new, new players guide.
Structure a multiple choice google form for a one year plot that I plan on structuring and running in year two to its completion.
Tenure Year 2
Continue the work on anything not resolved in Year 1.
Run plot created and structured in Year 1.
Run Eccumenical Council
Finish at minimum, New Players Guide and I would like the current secret societies(TMR, Lilians, Infernalists, Black Hand, Inquisition, and other Cult/Faction Groups) who have individual packets finished and propped. And will be reworked as needed for them to pass.
Overall I want a solid term for the office without much turmoil and roll over and to keep a well machine running the entire time.

Abaixo está o esboço de minha meta para o ano 1 e o ano 2 de minha gestão e as coisas que pretendo alcançar.
Sobre o tema colegas de equipe: estarei aberto a ouvir conversas sobre pessoas problemáticas, caso elas realmente acabem na minha equipe. Abordarei preocupações e problemas realistas e trabalharei em estreita colaboração com a nova equipe Exec para garantir que tais coisas sejam investigadas completamente e tratadas com a maior rapidez possível.
Mandato Ano 1
Assuma o controle de todos os aspectos da posição do Sabbat Coord (contas do Gmail, Grupos do Google, páginas OWBN R&U, documentos e todas as contas associadas).
Despeça respeitosamente e educadamente toda a equipe do Sabbat Coord. Em seguida, realizaremos imediatamente inscrições para novos subcoordenadores e líderes de equipe. Continue o trabalho em qualquer coisa não resolvida no Ano 1.
Run plot criado e estruturado no Ano 1.
Executar o Conselho Ecumênico
Conclua no mínimo o Guia para Novos Jogadores e eu gostaria que as sociedades secretas atuais (TMR, Lilians, Infernalistas, Mão Negra, Inquisição e outros grupos de culto/facção) tivessem pacotes individuais finalizados e apoiados. E serão retrabalhados conforme necessário para que sejam aprovados.
No geral, quero um mandato sólido para o escritório, sem muita turbulência e capotamento, e manter uma máquina funcionando o tempo todo.
