Hello,
My name is Ann Willis, I have been playing in OWBN since 2004 and have played in all the vampire genres and the garou side of things. I am running for the Camarilla Coordinator position because I would like to help guide the Camarilla Genre to a more inclusive and welcoming genre. I currently work from home and therefore am in front of my computer a lot to have very open office hours. My intended office hours would be Sunday-Friday 7 am- 8 pm EST with Saturdays off so I can enjoy one day with my husband a week.

Meu nome é Ann Willis, toco na OWBN desde 2004 e toco em todos os gêneros de vampiros e no lado garou. Estou concorrendo ao cargo de Coordenador da Camarilla porque gostaria de ajudar a guiar o Gênero Camarilla para um gênero mais inclusivo e acolhedor. Atualmente trabalho em casa e por isso fico muito na frente do computador para ter um horário de expediente bem aberto. Meu horário de expediente pretendido seria de domingo a sexta, das 7h às 20h EST, com folga aos sábados, para que eu possa desfrutar de um dia por semana com meu marido.
Administrative Experience:
I have served in various positions through the years and this list are the highlights: Historian, Archivist, Subcoordinator for Gangrel, Subcoordinator for Lasombra and the Anarch sect, AST for Sabbat Genre, Anarch Genre, Garou Genre, Camarilla Genre, Player Rep, CM for Never Ending Nights. Outside of the Org: I currently work for a company in their HR department as a member of a payroll team and also serve as my companies "I broke this make it work" person outside of IT.

Personal Statement:
I would like to get the Camarilla office through this coming term with the currently passed Catiff Calamity plot, the upcoming Conclave and new Society Packet and get things kicked off for the next 13 year cycle. While this is only one portion of the vampire genre, it is one that touches the other sects and will require work with the Sabbat and Anarch coodinators as well as all of the clan coordinators. I would like to see more frequent status changes and movement in the positions within the genre that are backed by Council and the player base.
I also am looking to extend more view into the games that are in Brazil, I think that the Camarilla Genre is very rich and bold in Brazil and that they have plots and intrigue that would make the game a better experience all around. While I do intend to have Brazillian subcoordinators, I also intend on contacting the Cam games of Brazil and seeing what I can do to help them as coordinator. I would like to see Brazil take a more prominent role in plots that are passed through council as more than just a backdrop. I would like to put before council plots and npcs that are Brazil-centric and have the opportunity for the resolution by Brazillian players and games.
I also am going to look through for older votes that have passed council and fallen by the wayside and get them completed to try and clear the slate and get us ready for the next 13 year cycle. I am currently looking at 7th personal status and repuation / status driven merits and the process to get folks these merits.

Eu gostaria de levar o escritório da Camarilla ao longo deste próximo mandato com o plano Catiff Calamity atualmente aprovado, o próximo Conclave e o novo Pacote da Sociedade e dar o pontapé inicial para o próximo ciclo de 13 anos. Embora esta seja apenas uma parte do gênero vampiro, é algo que afeta as outras seitas e exigirá trabalho com os coordenadores do Sabá e dos Anarquistas, bem como com todos os coordenadores do clã. Eu gostaria de ver mudanças de status e movimentos mais frequentes nas posições dentro do gênero que são apoiadas pelo Conselho e pela base de jogadores.
Também procuro ampliar mais a visão dos jogos que estão no Brasil, acho que o gênero Camarilla é muito rico e ousado no Brasil e que tem enredos e intrigas que tornariam o jogo uma experiência melhor em todos os aspectos. Embora pretendo ter subcoordenadores brasileiros, também pretendo entrar em contato com os Cam Games do Brasil e ver o que posso fazer para ajudá-los como coordenador. Gostaria que o Brasil tivesse um papel mais proeminente nas parcelas que passam pelo conselho como mais do que apenas um pano de fundo. Gostaria de apresentar enredos de conselho e NPCs que sejam centrados no Brasil e que tenham a oportunidade de serem resolvidos por jogadores e jogos brasileiros.
Também vou procurar votações mais antigas que foram aprovadas no conselho e caíram no esquecimento e concluí-las para tentar limpar a lousa e nos preparar para o próximo ciclo de 13 anos. Atualmente, estou analisando o sétimo status pessoal e méritos orientados por reputação/status e o processo para obter esses méritos para as pessoas.
Goals:
My 30 day plan:
Review and Roll out Catiff Calamity plot further.
Meet with the current subcoordinator team and review current BAs.
Check in with all current Clan Coordinators on the status of their Archons and any ones that have grown in their positions.
Check in with the Archons to be sure they wish to continue on their journeys as archons and if they want to grow within their positions.
Complete any outstanding email tasks such as approvals and notifications to the archvist office.
Complete or push forward with any remaining outstanding scenes.
Check on the Camarilla discord server and see if there is anything outstanding that needs coordinator attention or response.
60 day Plan:
Setup the office for the Conclave with a subcoordinator assigned to help things run smoothly along with myself to ensure everything is handled timely.
I would like PC input on where the Conclave will be held prior to propping it to Council for their approval.
Go through the current state of affairs of the societies and get announcements out of of the changes within the societies so that way the IC can match up with the OOC changes. Some of these will be slow to implement and should have a story to go with them.
90 day Plan:
Setup Discord space for Conclave 2024.
Send out announcements for Conclave 2024.
By End of first year-
Ensure Continuity between Camarilla Packets and other Sects Packets
Revisit Status Packet for necessary changes
Revisit Camarilla Genre Packet for necessary changes
Revisit Society Packet for necessary changes
At 1 year:
Review what has been done- give a state of the genre report and then make course corrections if needed for the next year and give further goals.

Reúna-se com a atual equipe de subcoordenadores e revise os BAs atuais.
Verifique com todos os Coordenadores de Clãs atuais o status de seus Arcontes e de qualquer um que tenha crescido em suas posições.
Verifique com os Arcontes para ter certeza de que desejam continuar suas jornadas como Arcontes e se desejam crescer dentro de suas posições.
Conclua todas as tarefas pendentes por e-mail, como aprovações e notificações para o escritório do arquivista.
Complete ou avance com quaisquer cenas pendentes restantes.
Verifique no servidor discord da Camarilla e veja se há algo pendente que precise da atenção ou resposta do coordenador.
Plano de 60 dias:
Configure o escritório para o Conclave com um subcoordenador designado para ajudar as coisas a correrem bem comigo mesmo para garantir que tudo seja tratado em tempo hábil.
Gostaria da opinião do PC sobre onde o Conclave será realizado antes de apresentá-lo ao Conselho para aprovação.
