2022 - Ventrue - Will Wadhams
Introduction and Background:
Hello everybody! I am Will Wadhams and I am applying to become the next Ventrue Coordinator.
I have been playing in the WoD since the mid '90s in Table Top form, and went to my first LARP in the Org in 2000 at East of the River (EotR). I have played several PCs in various Genres with high and low points in all their stories. I stepped away from the Org to deal with personal things, like family, and came back in 2013. I was able to reconnect with old friends and build new friendships since my return. I hope to continue the trend of making new acquaintances and building friendships, by helping build stories and help players find their own way.

Olá pessoal! Eu sou Will Wadhams e estou me candidatando para ser o próximo Coordenador Ventrue.
Eu tenho jogado no WoD desde meados dos anos 90 na forma Table Top, e fui para o meu primeiro LARP na Org em 2000 no East of the River (EotR). Já joguei vários PCs de vários Gêneros com pontos altos e baixos em todas as suas histórias. Afastei-me da Org para lidar com coisas pessoais, como família, e voltei em 2013. Pude me reconectar com velhos amigos e construir novas amizades desde o meu retorno. Espero continuar a tendência de fazer novos conhecidos e construir amizades, ajudando a construir histórias e ajudando os jogadores a encontrarem seu próprio caminho.
Administrative Experience:
• Storyteller for various games since my return, but currently HST of Under the Rock (UTR) since 2018.
• Anarch Sub-coordinator from 2020- current, as an Anarch Curses Sub-coordinator.
• American Ravnos Sub-coordinator from 2020 to current, before that Romani Sub-coordinator from 2015-2017.
• Malkavian Sub-coordinator in the 2015 and 2016 terms.
Non Org: Venture Captain for Pathfinder Society (PFS) from 2010- 2014, starting in organized play from 2008.
Administrative Experience (Portuguese):
• Narrador de vários jogos desde meu retorno, mas atualmente HST de Under the Rock (UTR) desde 2018.
• Sub-coordenador Anarquista de 2020- atual, como Sub-coordenador de Maldições Anarquistas.
• Subcoordenador Americano Ravnos de 2020 até o presente, antes subcoordenador Romani de 2015-2017.
• Subcoordenador Malkaviano nos mandatos de 2015 e 2016.
Non Org: Venture Captain for Pathfinder Society (PFS) de 2010-2014, início em jogo organizado a partir de 2008.
Personal Statement:
I wish to see players feel enabled as they play the Ventrue Clan. I also want these players to know the Coordinator's office is open for them if they are having issues. With understanding and positivity, I want everyone to know that I care for the Clan, and the players who play Ventrue and Ventrue- Antitribu.

Eu gostaria de ver os jogadores se sentirem habilitados enquanto jogam com o Clã Ventrue. Eu também quero que esses jogadores saibam que o escritório do Coordenador está aberto para eles se estiverem tendo problemas. Com compreensão e positividade, quero que todos saibam que me importo com o Clã e com os jogadores que jogam Ventrue e Ventrue- Antitribu.
Goals:
I want build an active Sub-coordinator team under my tenure, and make sure response time happens in a quick manner. With that I will have office hours set up so Staffs and players have responses back within 48 hours.
I also wish to work with players, both new and old, to possibly revamp the packets. This would also include working with all three Sect Coordinators to help them build Ventrue for Anarch and Camarilla genres, and for the Ventrue-anti, with the Sabbat genre.
Review Combination Disciplines, and even custom content powers that fall under the office to make sure all are balanced.
Work with the Ravnos Coordinator about the Danava and see the plausibility on how they work with the Jati and the world at large.
Review the Archons under the purview of the Office of the current Justicar and see how to help them build their stories.
If elected I will have a timeline up for turn over, Sub-coordinator team building, and office hours.

Quero construir uma equipe ativa de Subcoordenadores sob meu mandato e garantir que o tempo de resposta ocorra de maneira rápida. Com isso, terei um horário de expediente configurado para que Staffs e jogadores tenham resposta em 48 horas.
Eu também desejo trabalhar com jogadores, novos e antigos, para possivelmente renovar os pacotes. Isso também inclui trabalhar com todos os três Coordenadores da Seita para ajudá-los a construir Ventrue para os gêneros Anarquista e Camarilla, e para os Ventrue-anti, com o gênero Sabá.
Revise as Disciplinas de Combinação e até mesmo os poderes de Conteúdo personalizados que se enquadram no escritório para garantir que todos estejam equilibrados.
Trabalhe com o Coordenador Ravnos sobre os Danava e veja a plausibilidade de como eles trabalham com os Jati e com o mundo em geral.

Se eleito, terei um cronograma para entrega, formação da equipe de subcoordenadores e início do horário de expediente.
