Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw §3.C.iii.1.a, I, David Ashby, as Anarch Coordinator, do so propose the following. It should be noted that this proposal has the potential to autopass.

We on team Anarch would like to present to you the 2018 Anarch Magic in the Movement Packet.
There are many changes to this packet from the last one. So many in fact it will change the whole vision of the Anarch Magic and what mechanics it will use from here on out. This includes:
- Changing the paths that each Paradigm has access to, to the ones printed in the book.
- Adding a bunch of common rituals from other Paradigms.
- Hacking Rituals Mechanics.
- Anarch Curses and their write ups have been added and are regulated by this packet.
- Provided MET conversions for all rituals that are from a table top book so players have access to a Packet with them in it. (These are very much straight conversions that we could do from the source.)
This means that there will not be any Grandfathering allowed. We have changed the Packet enough that there are paths, rituals and other mechanics that will effect almost every PC/NPC currently Approved for Anarch Blood Magic and Anarch Curses.
Each PC/NPC will need to go through the Approval Process once again to ensure they are in compliance with this new Packet. We believe this is the best option for us as there are few PCs approved and we can ensure that we get this done within a timely manner before moving forward with more potential approvals.
We will be giving 30 days from the time that this packet passes for Staffs of PCs/NPCs to contact us and gain these approvals once again.
I'd like to thank my team for their help putting this together. Again they have done a great job in putting up with me and my vision for this packet.
