[PROPOSAL] [AUTOPASS] ANARCH 2018 PACKET (Revised) [ANARCH]

 

With the failing of the prop and feedback from multiple games about what they didn't like about the packet we have addressed those issues and made adjustments. 

 

1. Impulses and their connected Anarch Combination Disciplines. This is purely giving those of the specific Impulse a way to easily gain these combos. This is in no way changes the current regulations on Anarchs gaining combo powers but encourages players to gain them through game play. This does not stop any Anarch PC from learning these Combos from other NPCs or PCs. In fact we encourage that all Anarchs should have easier access to all the combos through their staff and other PCs. This is just a way to facilitate that a little easier. 

 

2. We replaced the Sabbat combo connected to the Nihilist Impulse with the Anarch Combo Slenderman. 

 

3. We removed Reputation completely. The plan is to continue with the changed packet while we communicate with players and games on what best fits their vision.

 

4. We updated the NPC section and added multiple prominent Female members of the Anarch Movement to it.
