         1. Caitiff Abominations who do not possess a unique discipline will be considered under the purview of the Anarch Coordinator for the purposes of joint approval. 

 

Most of the requests for Aboms have come from Vampire games seeking a more appropriate avenue to include Changing Breeds in their games. 

 

However, this approval currently only goes through me, despite the fact that the majority of the requests are for games using my genre as a tertiary or secondary source material. I don't think this is appropriate. 

 

Much like how Kinfolk Mages and Changeling Garou require two coords to approve them, so I believe should Aboms. The Vampire Coordinators involved should have a say over whether or not an Abom is running around in their national sandbox because it effects them to a much higher degree than it effects me and mine. Sect coordinators are included because, for example, an Abom in the Camarilla is something the Cam coord should know about from day 1 and not on the first day of the next Conclave. 

 

Edit: Due to well written arguements, the proposal has been amended. 

 

 

This proposal has the support of several coordinators who thought this was already a bylaw and didn't realize it wasn't! :D
