[Proposal] [Bylaw update] [Custom Detection]

I Rob S as Demon coord propose the following bylaw update 

 

Reason: 

I have done a few PSA calls and each time I stumble upon unapproved or never logged custom demon and infernal detection. There are a number of book mechanics from multiple genres, and often there is no need to add more. To that effect this prop does not include grand fathering. As the best way I can see to handle this is to force all items in play to be brought forward and conformed as needed with the printed mechanics. This will not effect custom content in other packets like Ex infernis. There is currently only a few custom powers that have been logged over the years, and many of the characters that possessed them are since deceased, or retired from play.  My goal is to have all book and custom approved detection methods listed in the investment packet that is in development. As we have been working with the different genre offices to ensure their genres methods are included so sts have a single source to check when they are in doubt.
