Quabbin proposes the following:

10.f.iii.3 Using the Mokole gift Steal Shape to create new varna or alter character's changing breed - PC: Majority Vote - NPC: Coordinator Approval

This power enables the Mokole to change what kind of creature it is, enabling the creation of new varna, and potentially, changing breeds. This proposal would bring the gift in line with other means of changing a creature's type, such as Abominations and PC Supernaturals to Wraiths, while still allowing Mokole to change their Suchid (reptile) form.

This proposal has the support of the Changing Breeds Coordinator.
