[Genre] R and U change - Clan Friendship Brujah

As part of my duties as Brujah Coordinator and in conjunction with a recent clan-wide scene I am proposing that the merit Clan Friendship: Brujah be changed to Coordinator approval. I submit this prop without grandfathering so that I can present each person to the clan as a whole for vote.

Friendship to the clan is something that I believe should be left primarily in PC hands when possible and that it should take the voice of the majority of the clan. The only way to ensure this is to move it to Coord approval and to put each person to the vote of the clan. I realize that I cannot speak to the practices of future officeholders but must do my best while I am in office to maintain Brujah genre as I best see it.

 

Note: I realize that it is very close to elections and that there may still be a prop up prohibiting props during elections. If this falls under the gun. that's not a problem, I just wanted to make sure that I got it up and ready.
