Do Storytellers, Council, and Coordinators support a group of players being placed under a Binding Agreement to manage their hierarchy and make them accountable to their superiors, as the Beast Court is a more unified and controlled group than the Garou Nation is at this time?

| Kuei-Jin | Yes | I would be very careful to allow a lot of leeway in the agreement. While it "makes sense in genre", you don't want to remove player agency. Plots or PC conflicts should not be solvable by running to daddy, and by the same token, you don't want to heavily restrict what the PCs are able to get up to. Give them as much rope as they want. |
