I, Tessa Cauley, Tremere Coordinator, propose the following change to our Character Bylaws:
Addition of
39. Thaumaturgical Countermagic - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Tremere
to
Section 10.l.viii of the Character Bylaws.
Reasoning: by the packet, it has been Coord Approval for a long time. But it currently is not listed in the actual bylaws. This proposal seeks to remedy that.
As anyone with this power should already have Coord Approval, no grandfathering is intended. This is simply an administrative fix.
