Change to bylaws for Assamite Lore and Rank

 

The current bylaw is G.i.2.d.12. - Non-Assamites with Assamite Lore 3+

 

As there has been some questions on Will's post as to what that means exactly for some things, I thought I would clear this up on my own bylaw to make it clearer. So I'd like to change that to

 

G.i.2.d.12 Non-Assamite PCs or NPCs with Assamite Lore 5 and higher.

 

I'd also like to change G.ii.5.c. Assamite PCs advancing to Rank 3+

 

The change would be to G.ii.5.c. Assamite PCs advancing to Rank 4 and 5.

 

To go with a little deregulation on the things I've changed here. I'd also like to add to

 

H.i.5.4. Non-Assamite PCs with Assamite Lore 4 (This would add that level of lore to just Coord notify instead of approval.)

 

As for the ranks, I'd like to add to 

 

H.vii.2. Assamite PCs advancing to Rank 3 (This takes Rank 3 from Coordinator approval to Notify. Once I can get my packet going... it will reflect this change as well should this pass.)
