[Autopass] R&U Addition for Tryphosans and Ravenous

Per Coordinator Bylaw 3Ciii:

 

"Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

   1. If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicle's refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures. Opposition must be in regards to the content of the proposal and must give those reasons why the objection is voiced. This is to allow Coordinators the opportunity to respond and/or make changes/remove the proposal and its contents."

 

I, Leigh Anne Reger, Malkavian Coordinator submit the following R&U change proposal to Council.

 

With the approval of the Metaplot and the creation of a new Malkavian Bloodline that it brings, I want to be able to keep track of those who either 1) become a member of the Tryphosan bloodline through the plot or 2) create a Tryphosan PC during/after the plot. 

 

Additionally, after reviewing the plot proposal for the Ravenous Bloodline (Malkavian Antitribu) that passed last term, it would seem that the intent was to do a second prop for their R&U status, which never happened. As that was the original intent, again, just to be able to keep track of numbers and such for developing plot, I'd like to make them Notify as well.

 

 

As such, I propose the following addition to the R&U Bylaws: 3.H.ii: Uncommon Vampire Listings
