Proposal Type: Bylaw Revision

As per Administrative Bylaw 3.A.v
- Administrative Coordinators may pass before Council any changes to the administrative bylaws, as long as said changes directly affect their position. These proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.
On behalf of my office and the Archivist team, I propose we add the following to Administrative Bylaw 7.F on Satellite games:

Satellite games will be treated as separate games for the purposes of reporting and record-keeping.
And make the following change to Administrative Bylaw 8.D.iii.1 (change in red)
- Each member and satellite chronicle of OWBN is required to report to the Archivist and OWbN Coordinators via the appropriate Internet submission form on the OWBN website.
And add the following to Administrative Bylaw 8.D.iii
9. In the case of Satellite Games, disciplinary actions will be placed upon both the Satellite Game and the Full Member Chronicle under whose authority they are registered.
And add the following to Administrative Bylaw 8.D.iii.1
b. In the case of Satellite games, the Full Member Chronicle must be included on all notifications and communications.
Reasoning: While the bylaws don't currently specify one way or the other, current practices by the Archivist team require Satellites to fill out Chronicle Reports, and some R&Us are also tracked within the satellite, not the parent chronicle. I have worked to update the list of registered Satellites, and all Satellite games are now listed on the website, and require their own quarterly CIF updates as well.

Eu proponho que seja adicionado ao Bylaw Administrativo 7.F sobre jogos de Satélite o seguinte item:
Jogos Satélite serão tratados como jogos separados para a elaboração de relatórios e manutenção de registros.
E seja feita a seguinte mudança no Bylaw Administrativo 8.D.iii.1
Cada membro e crônica satélite do OWBN deve apresentar um relatório ao Arquivista e aos Coordenadores do OWBN, através de formulário apropriado disponível no website do OWBN.
E adicionado o seguinte item ao Bylaw Administrativo 8.D.iii
9. No caso dos Jogos Satélite, ações disciplinares serão colocados tanto sobre o Jogo satélite quanto sobre a Crônica Membro Pleno que se responsabiliza pelo Satélite.
E adicionado o seguinte item ao Bylaw Administrativo 8.D.iii.1
b. No caso de jogos Satélite, a Crônica Membro Pleno deve ser incluída em todas as notificações e comunicações.
Razão: Embora o bylaws atualmente não especifique um modo ou outro, as práticas atuais da equipe Arquivista exigiem que os Satélites preencham Relatórios de Crônica e, alguns R&Us também são monitorados dentro do Satélite, não a crônica-mãe. Eu tenho trabalhado para atualizar a lista de satélites registrados, e todos os jogos Satélite agora estão listados no site, e exigem suas próprias atualizações CIF trimestrais também.
