PROPOSAL
Tampa proposes to move oversight of two Sects defined as "major" in the Onyx Path material under the formal responsibilities of the Cam and Sabbat Coordinators. This ensures the answer to the question of who has responsibility over each group is clear and concise in OWbN's Bylaws.
This proposal requires a second in order to go to vote.
CHANGES
The RED text is the addition which will be added to the Coordinator Bylaws, Section 3.B.i.
