[R&U BYLAW REVISION] Adding Choir Ranks: Angel and Archangel to Coord Notify

Per the Coordinator Bylaws 3Ciii. "Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion."

 

This proposal has the potential to Autopass.

 

The Salubri Coordinator proposes the following change to the R&U Bylaws:

 

H. UNCOMMON: Includes characters that should be monitored for genre adherence. PC: Notification to Coordinator; NPC: Notification to Coordinator

 

The addition of the two Choir ranks is solely for book keeping purposes and to ensure that PCs who are members of the Choir are included and gain the benefits of such. There is no required interaction with Coord NPCs or approval required, so this is to ensure that PCs don't get forgotten or miss out on interactions they should have access to.
