[Bylaw Amendment] Removal of Administrative Bylaw 4.D (blind voting on Coordinator Elections)

I, Adam Sartori, CM of Dark Colony: Hartford, propose to remove the following Bylaw to Administrative bylaw 4.D
4.D Election Procedures
1. Elections, while public, will only show which game has voted, not who they have voted for until after the voting period.
2. Comments from voting chronicles will also be disabled at the time to ensure anonymity for election votes only.
Reasoning: This bylaw was created with the intent to eliminate electioneering. However, during the last election for the AHC this proved to not be the case. Additionally, this has removed the check and balance system of an HST knowing if their CM has voted how they were instructed to or for their game. As this proved to not be effective in eliminating electioneering and simply proved to be an elimination for a game and HST to be aware how their CM has voted in elections, we feel it should be removed from the bylaws as it did not intend its original purpose.

Head Coord | Against | A bylaw tweak to clarify that STs and players who have a character in that chronicle can see how their CM votes, combined with code upgrades to our site, will help with the accountability issue.
A bylaw change to allow for ranked (run-off) voting, combined with upgrades to our voting program to allow for ranked/run-off voting, will help with the issues we face with 3+ candidate elections.
