[AUTOPASS][General Consensus] Addition of Unusual True Faith bylaw change ratified by Council in 5-2001

This general Consensus proposal was not objected to during the period of 4/21-4/28, and therefore auto-passes.

During recent discussions, it was pointed out that in May 2001, Council approved a proposal to amend the R&U bylaws to provide further detail about what defines "Unusual True Faith" (http://www.owbn.net/votes/54245). It appears that by oversight this amendment was not added to the final document.

Pursuant to Administrative Bylaw 3.F., as Head Coordinator of OWBN, am issuing a general consensus proposal to allow for the Unusual True Faith revisions, as passed by Council in May of 2001 to finally be added to the R&U bylaws.
