[PROPOSAL] Change to R&U as reflected by recently passed plot [Autopassed]

Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii I  propose that the following be added to the R&U Bylaws underneath Coordinator Approval, specifically the Sabbat Coordinator:  Erset La Tari

I also propose that the following be added to the R&U bylaws 5.A.:

5. Appropriate Coordinators for R&U
1. The closest “full-blood” clan Coordinator shall coordinate appropriate bloodlines and creature types.
1. Assamite: All Assamite-related Rare and Unusual characters, Shango
2. Brujah: True Brujah, Osebo
3. Gangrel: Mariner, Akunanse
4. Giovanni: Harbingers of Skulls, Samedi and Mla Watu
5. Lasombra: Lasombra anti-tribu, Kiasyd, Xi Dundu, Friends of the Night
6. Setite: Bane Mummies, Mummies, Children of Damballah, Daitayana, Tlacique, Kindred of the Ebony Kingdom Followers of Set
7. Toreador: Daughters of Cacophony, Ishtarri
8. Tremere: Gargoyles, Nkulu Zao
9. Tzimisce: Blood Brothers, Koldunic Sorcery, Naglopers
10. Camarilla: Camarilla Vampires on Sabbat Paths of Enlightenment,
11. Sabbat: Camarilla Vampires on Sabbat Paths of Enlightenment, , Erset La Tari
12. Nosferatu: Guruhi, Hajj
13. Changing Breeds: All Changing Breeds and Garou related R & U, Abominations
14. Ravnos: Rakta-Sadhus, Kinyonyi
15. Demon: Ba’ali, D'habi Revenant Family

Again this is a proposal reflecting the changes from the proposed plot that just passed.
